Data processing notes for beta customers evaluating betspread during launch.
Processing scope
For beta evaluations, betspread may process business contact details, API account identifiers, usage logs, and support communication needed to provide access and operate the service.
Sub-processors
Production sub-processors depend on the deployed stack, email provider, analytics provider, hosting environment, and database infrastructure configured for launch.
Security controls
Access should be limited to operational personnel, API keys should be scoped and revocable, and production deployments should use managed secrets, encrypted transport, and monitored access logs.
Customer agreement
A signed data processing agreement can be provided for production customers once the commercial scope, hosting region, support process, and subprocessors are finalized.
